Finally I finished my first illustrated recipe for the wonderful They Draw and Cook. This recipe is my family's favorite breakfast or anytime snack. Throw some grated cheese on it with a little bit of tomato ketchup. Roll it like tortilla wraps and you have a yummy on-the-go snack.
Enjoy the recipe and if you make it, please let me know how it goes!
Thanks again to Nate & Salli for creating such a great site for us creatives to be inspired. Please go over to the site and check out all the Beautifully illustrated recipes.

Egg Free Birthday Cake!
My son is going to be three in July and I am already thinking about which cake to bake this time. Having an egg allergic birthday boy leaves me with a limited choice, so lets see what I come up with this time. I'm posting here the recipe of egg free chocolate cake that I have used on his first and second birthday. The results have been great both the times.
3 cups flour
2/3 cups cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup melted butter
2 cups cold milk
4 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tsp. vinegar
2/3 cups cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup melted butter
2 cups cold milk
4 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tsp. vinegar
Preheat oven to 375°F.Spray a baking pan with vegetable spray.
Combine dry ingredients directly in the pan. Mix all the wet ingredients
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients leaving out the vinegar until the final step.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring together in pan until well combined. Stir in the vinegar rapidly and immediately place pan into preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
